Course Design
Project Management Basics is a live, instructor-led virtual course delivered in 4 2-hour classes. Tools and templates are introduced in each class, with time to practice and ask questions. Participants work on their own projects between classes using the tools and get real-time feedback from Melissa and their fellow classmates.
